Forced preview?

Something came up in PToS...

I'm simply going to take it upon myself never to press submit until I preview first from now on.

Just wondering if there is a mod which would allow you to disable the submit button until you've previewed at least one? Sure, it may be annoying for one-liner responses, but it could have advantages.
