Rhys Morgan sums up some of the skeptic movements problems

Sorry for blog pimping, but skeptic wonderkid Rhys Morgan went on a long (possibly drunken) Twitter rant last night, and in doing so he made some telling tweets that for me show what is wrong with skeptics like him. Enjoy! :)

Outside of the crude manipulations of a self-conscious scam-artist like Watson, which should be visible to all but the dimmest or most self-deceiving marks, I can understand young Morgan's plaintive question; "what is there to be gained from claiming to be harassed".
I think it's easy for men to go through their entire life unaware of the inverted set of rules by which many (maybe most) women operate in western cultures. For many women (and some of the men in the Baboon-sphere) the greater the victimhood and the less their agency, the greater their status. Since it's the exact opposite of how most men are raised to live, it's hard to comprehend.
The theory is beautifully and humorously explained in the clip below.
