Ok, this is probably going to be a tad controversial.

The images my be shocking to some, but whether they are disturbing is going to depend on context. I flipped through the images and noticed the following:
- a bottle of what looks like rubbing alcohol (for disinfecting)
- the scratches and needles are fairly superficial (i.e. not very deep)
- they're also on the top of the forearm, rather than the bottom
- there's also needles in the stuffed rabbit

This makes me think that these images are either some sort of extreme art, or a demonstration of BDSM, rather than what we would call self-harm motivated by some sort of mental illness. IMO, simpleflower may not actually need psychiatric help (although, it is still a possibility, but only if this is motivated by depression or something similar).
