I think it's more that they don't do such operations on people in danger of a spontaneous cardiac arrest.

But I don't have the impression Dave has lost any weight at all since his coming-out.

So are you suggesting that the only reason Thailand has become the hot destination for sexual reassignment surgery is because human cock has become an asian delicacy? Perhaps they are secretly behind the MtF transition fad.

Maybe they see foreign cock as the delicacy because all local traps seem to have their cocks intact. I mean when i visited Thaila.... nah nevermind.

It's become so popular I hear they marinate it in Sambal even before they start the operation. Supposed to augment the flavour with the sweetish taste of adrenaline-induced glucose.

A Patreon for Muscato, how surprising... not.

A little while after he was laid off by AA, Muscato put up a vid of himself unboxing a previously owned guitar. You can see he clearly has a bad case of GAS. And clearly, he's well-off for someone with no job.

To start with, you'll notice how well-appointed his house is. And it's his house -- his guitar crap is strewn all over it. Also, don't blink or you'll miss it -- there's a baby grand piano near the dining room.

Not only does Dave have GAS, but he's not one for mass-produced gear. No Mexican Strats or Indonesian Ibanezes for him. He likes guitars made by people with names, and playing them through hand-wired amps.

There are plenty of stomp boxes littered around. He only identifies one, but you can see he doesn't buy pleb brands like Boss.

Dave is a boutique kind of girl.

First up, he's unboxing a used 1997 Parker Fly Artist. Depending on the particulars, it's a model that can go for anywhere from $1200 to $3000 nowadays. Here's one for $1600:

http://www.thegearpage.net/board/index. ... d.1622602/

(I think that's actually Dave's guitar. I didn't save the search trail I'd done last year, but I remember finding corroborating info from other sites)

When he says "Let's go to the amps" he walks by a white Fender Super-Sonic 60. Those are discontinued and currently go for $800-1000 on ebay.

The Fender is face-to-face with a similarly sized unidentified black combo.

There are 3 amps he wants to use to test his Parker.

The first is a Friedman PT20, a hand-wired 20-watt clone of the Marshall combo Clapton used with the Bluesbreakers. $1499.

It's perched on a closed-back 1x12 cabinet, which Dave says has a Celestion greenback. Actually, they're creambacks. $499.

Adjacent is a Fargen Blackbird Custom Shop 20 watt combo. $2650. Possibly more, because it's a 10th anniversary special issue.

Around the corner is the 3rd amp, a Line 6 DT25 25watt 1x12 tube combo. $999

Next to it is a lunchbox-sized DV Mark Little Jazz Amp. $399.

The one guitar pedal he talks about is his JHS Sweet Tea overdrive. It's an Ibanez 808 Tube Screamer clone, of course. $315.

The odd little short scale guitar is a handmade Roger Morillo, which is surprisingly cheap at $850.

The Rowan Texas Twister is likewise low priced for a handmade custom guitar, $1075.

Near the grand piano, the camera pans past an unknown combo amp behind a paint canvas. It has covering like a Fender tweed.

Also, facing the Friedman/Fargen pair is a tiny black combo I couldn't identify.

Finally, you'll see an unknown brand of nylon acoustic in passing.

I don't know if Dave is actually rich, but he sure can indulge in some fancy schwag when there is no money coming in.

Literally no one has been able to transition under Obama. All those damn Republicans, dontcha know.
Certainly not a friend of mine who has to live with roommates and works a low wage job parking cars. Who still manages to shave, get new clothes and does HRT.
Stupid fat, hairy, fucker could move to Iran (please! Oh, please!) and get transitioned for free. He might have to say he had become a muslim to qualify, but surely there would be some pity dollars on his Patreon when he came back with a fatwa on his head for being an apostate? I understand the barely-believable-as-actually-existing alt-right support that kind of thing all the time.

You gotta love Wikipedia. Their article on Louis CK tells you what his real name is - Louis Székely. Székely is, I think, Hungarian. The average reader of Wikipedia probably doesn't know how to pronounce Hungarian. They don't tell you how to pronounce it. But they do, helpfully, tell you how to pronounce "Louis CK".

Muscato wouldn't be the first person who lives beyond their means. But I certainly hope that is not the case. I have known people who spend the money they earn as soon as it reaches their hands in a feast or famine style of living. Much of his music possessions may have been accumulated earlier in life, and while he had a stable job at American Atheists.

And if he used to earn a living as a musicians he may be used to the odd-job lifestyle way of earning a living. In any case, I do hope that he is doing alright for himself in terms of making a living. But I would not wish his PR talents on my worst enemy. ...OK, may it would be fun to see him do PR for pz myers, free thought blogs or the orbit.

He should go see that square-headed squarehead Milo Stewart about getting a referral for her doctor. She recently turned eighteen and went to him to discuss doing something more for her incipient maleness than wearing a stupid haircut. The doc said "uh, okay" and wrote her a script for testosterone on the spot, BAM. She posted a video freaked out of her mind, because she clearly wasn't ready for the shit-or-get-off-the-pot situation the doc put her in.

You would think she would now opt to chat things over with a therapist.

I kind of hope she does go on it. Reduced breasts. Increases the size of her clit. Body hair. Facial hair. She will cease to be the cute spunky quirky young girl, and will probably serve as a warning to others.

My bet is that she starts, and then quits once the reality of the situation starts to hit her upside the head.

Yes. There is.

https://prismintegrativeacupuncture.com ... sitioning/
Herbs can be used for many aspects of transitioning: transitioning with herbs alone, switching from synthetic hormones to herbs to maintain secondary sex characteristics, and supporting the body with herbs and nutrition to counteract side effects of synthetic hormones.
There are many different options for transitioning, even when just using synthetic hormones. Progesterone itself helps to build tissue and can often be useful for developing breasts (taken externally) or muscle tissue (taken internally). Aromatase is what turns testosterone into estrogen, so you can take extra aromatase instead of (or in addition to) taking estrogen. Likewise, you can take aromatase inhibitor to prevent that testosterone from turning into estrogen, instead of taking testosterone. There are many options for prescription hormones; it’s important to talk to your doctor about what will work best for your body.
For most people, herbs aren’t going to change your hormones drastically alone, so you might choose to start out taking synthetic hormones and, once you’ve achieved the effect you want, use herbs to lower your dose of synthetic hormones or switch to herbs entirely. Herbs can maintain the hormone levels and characteristics you’ve built up with synthetic hormones. This is a good alternative to the sometimes health damaging side effects of long-term synthetic hormone use.
https://prismintegrativeacupuncture.com ... ransition/
THESE HERBS CAN BE USED INSTEAD OF SYNTHETIC HORMONES:
(Ex. to create small changes if hormones are not desired, or after years of taking hormones to maintain changes.)

Example combination: Hops, Maca, sprouted Fenugreek or take ‘Phytoestrogen Herbal’ from Vitanica

Rhodeola Rosea is a controversial herb, however, the most informative sources I’ve found say that it increases estrogen levels unless they are already unnaturally high (such as when taking estradiol), in which case it decreases them. Overall this is a strong herb that should be used with caution and medical supervision. You may wish to take this herb for the first year or two of herbal transitioning, and then switch to safer options.

If you have had estrogen sensitive breast cancer, bleeding disorders, diabetes, or take acetazolamide, alpha-glucosidase inhibitors, anti-anxiety agents, antibiotics, anticancer agents, antidepressants, anti-inflammatories, antivirals, COMT inhibitors, drugs that affect the cardiovascular system or the immune system, P-glycoprotein-regulated agents, sedatives, theophylline, or stimulants, you should use caution or avoid this herb.

Maca is known for its effects of creating curves, has estrogenic effects, and is fairly inexpensive. It is also known for its aphrodisiac effects, and can increase erectile capacity, stamina, and sperm counts. It also boosts the immune system and helps combat osteoporosis. Also available in a women’s libido blend.

Chaste tree berry/Vitex (Vitex agnus-castus) mimics progesterone, is mildly estrogenic, and increases breast size by stimulating the development of milk ducts. It can therefore have a side effect of causing lactation.

Black cohosh/Sheng Ma (Cimicifuga racemosa) contains several compounds in its root (aceteine, formononetin, and triterpenes) that, though not estrogenic themselves, create similar effects to estrogen and can increase breast size. It decreases LH and increases estrogen in relation to progesterone [opposite of Vitex] (Wright & Morgenthaler). Only use this herb under supervision of an herbalist.

enugreek/Hu Lu Ba (Trigonella foenum-graecum) seeds contain a compound (diosgenin) that’s estrogenic and promotes breast tissue growth. Sprouted seeds contain much more diosgenin than the unsprouted seeds, so breast enlargement is more noticeable if you sprout the seeds first. Fennel works in much the same way.

Hops have 0.2-20% the potency of estradiol

If this is real it confirms why vigilantism (including internet vigilantism) is a terrible idea.

That's terrible. It seems as though the gunperson has been detained.

Hmm... looking for some help in finding reliable scientifically sound information on some gluten sensitivity tests my sibling and her rugrat took. I am still unsure if she actually found something, or if she has been doctor shopping, or if she is enthusiastically interpreting tests and words of her doctor. In her own words she identified some test that were reported as normal, to still be positive signs of a problem.

My sibling tested highly positive on a "tTG IgA/IgA" test, but negative on everything else.

Her rugrat tested normal for that same "tTG IgA/IgA" test, but she claims her doctor said it was suspicious due to the rugrat's young age, and not doing a 4 week gluten challenge (eating gluten) prior to the test.

The rugrat also tested positive at a significant level for "Native/non-deamidated gliadin IgG" test. This is the same test shown in array 3 of this website: http://www.cyrexlabs.com/CyrexTestsArra ... fault.aspx

My sibling stated that this last test is not well known outside of the gluten expert community, even though academic researcher currently claim that there is no test of no-celiac gluten sensitivity.

It would be so much easier to research this if it wasn't for the gluten obsessed pumping out shaky information.

Shit keeps escalating. We had that unarmed gunman just last week.

Other report.

Video of some customers says that a manager carrying a rifle or shotgun walked into the back of the building and the servers told the customers they should vacate the building. Who knows if they were correct that it was a store manager with the long gun.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/loc ... estaurant/

Hypothetical: Wouldn't it be embarrassing to be some nut job who swallowed the pizzagate hype whole, walk in with a rifle and demand to see a basement that does not exist.

I am certainly glad that whatever was going down ended peacefully.

Armed gunmen are generally more secure, & thus more polite, than the unarmed variety.

Not sure how reliable but I found some information here.
http://drrodneyford.com/faq/bloods-test ... tests.html

Both tests are for markers of tissue damage presumably caused by gluten sensitivity

I think for Milo that would be what's called "an embarrassment of riches."

The basement and tunnels are well hidden. It's not like they don't exist. Plus the cops arrested the guy before he could find them.
It is well known that these pedophile cannibals are being protected by some very powerful people.

Please stop being so naive. This was clearly a false-flag operation designed to discredit the pizzagate sleuths before they have a chance to break this thing wide open. They're getting too close to the truth and the elites will not allow that to happen.

A child sex/slave scandal involving Hillary Clinton, Obama, and other officials at the highest level of US government? Seems plausible and warrants further investigation.

Some drunk bigots harassed and threatened a Muslim woman on a subway? Seems dubious, and we should all remain skeptical.

Welcome to SlymeChan.

TriggerTrump Warning. Political laughs.

Side question. Do we think we could possibly convince the SJWs to rename Trigger Warnings, Trump Warnings?

If I were to roll my dice, or were forced to make a bet, I would probably put money down on the story being exaggerated/enhanced. Drunk assholes picking on someone different seems plausible. The whole package of the story does not.

She's a hero.

http://thehill.com/blogs/in-the-know/in ... itter-rant
Following Donald Trump's Twitter rant Sunday morning complaining about "Saturday Night Live," a Missouri woman took to Twitter for a rant of her own that has since gone viral, gaining tens of thousands of likes and shares.
I mean, how many people have the bravery to speak truth to power.

Some more random heroes:
Brave!

So the wife shows me the tweets by Danielle Muscato; and then I offer to show her pictures of Danielle ("what? you know this woman?"). Much hilarity ensues. Keks shared are Best Keks.

All of my friends are sending the story around and it's so annoying. I wonder what will be next. Melody Hensley being named to Trump's cabinet?

Any way we can get a news crew to do a live interview with this beautiful and stunning woman, who is also brave enough to be a trans-activist so we know she won't back down?

Danielle will be on a radio show tomorrow on Sirius/XM Urban view; another of the guests is noted white black man Shaun King.

On the same show.
