I haven't listened to the whole thing...yet (if ever) - but if you skip around a bit you will find some arguments against rehabilitating Silverman that are (I hope) unique in their degree of cogency.

She does women no favors by being hyper-emotional, and demanding that emotions trump due process and evidence. She also deploys the "women don't make false accusations" shibboleth.
And her point seems to be that there should be social consequences for being accused of rape. Not for being a rapist, just for being accused. The podcast guy seemed to allow her to equate being accused of rape with being a rapist. It seems to be rehabilitating dualism. At around 30 minutes in Hoffman states that he does not believe that consciousness could develop from non-conscious elements. So it seems there is real hope for those looking to reintegrate science and spiritualism (or perhaps even religion).
