Now remember of how often he shit on Nugent and Mehta for letting Pitters comment on their sites. He's just like the hard-right Republican who procures an abortion for his mistress.

I'm guessing "First Amendment absolutist" would be someone who believes the nation's highest law applies in all instances, not just most times except when someone else's feelings might be hurt.
I'd love to ask Randazza or any non-absolutists which part(s) they're not completely sold on:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

I hope that goes to trial and the prosecution attempts to trace the legal causal link between organizing & pulling a city permit for a hundred wankers to stand around in a quiet tiki torch get-together in a park to thousands of rabid counterprotestors showing up without a permit, roaming the city streets, physically assaulting the protestors, bashing their vehicles with bats & rocks, including the car of an autistic kid several blocks from the original event, who then panicked, ramming cars and crushing counterprotestors who'd jumped onto his car, but never even striking the morbidly obese, chain-smoking counter protester, who's caught on video wandering about all day announcing she's "looking for trouble", and who subsequently died of a cardiac arrest.
The Butterfly Effect is not a legal principle for assigning culpability in the US.

TBF, I think the didn't hit her theory has been shown to be a fabrication of the right. She died as a result of being hit by the car regardless of her state of health.

I base my assumption on the video & stills I've seen, which shows her being attended to be EMTs some distance from the auto incident, and also her mother's statement that the case of death was cardiac arrest. I'm open to evidence to the contrary.
In any case, I remain convinced this was an assburger who panicked & feared for his life when his car was attacked without provocation, not some psycho who intentionally & with premeditation sought to run down pinko commies.
When my four nieces were leaving to go back home they all hugged me. Their two friends shook hands instead. A further note. Two of my nieces always wore a headscarf. One did not. And the other one half the time. The two friends never.
Progress?
I guess so. The point is that in this country they have a choice. Even so, in Canukistan there are women who do not have a choice. Their family, friends, the community they live in, will not tolerate it.

The closest I can come without wasting an hour is newspaper reports of the coroner's verdict that she died of blunt force trauma. She appears to have been a decent person not normally given to associating with Antifa, although a little bit of a walking emotional wound prone to internalising every little injustice in society. I wouldn't take anything either faction has to say about this incident or about Fields at face value. The trial MIGHT shed some light, but I wouldn't bet on justice being done. The MSM, despite the irrational faith some appear to have in it, has been doggedly immune to reporting Charlottesville with any kind of objectivity, so I doubt an untainted jury is likely at this point.

BTW: The author of the report appears to believe that Heather Heyer was indeed struck by the car.
The prompt response of CFD was not enough to save Charlottesville resident Heather
Heyer, who had been fatally struck by Fields’s vehicle. Ms. Heyer had attended the event
that day as a counter-protester. She was present at 4th and Water Streets when Fields
plowed into the crowd. Ms. Heyer succumbed to her injuries at the scene. Chief Baxter
told us that she had already died when CFD arrived, but given the raw emotions of the
crowd fire fighters continued to perform CPR on her.
Media report are all over the place, "trauma to the chest" and "heart attack" are the most common. What was news to me was that apparently she died on the spot and the CPR was kept up even though they "knew" she was already dead.
I still do not know what killed her and a brief search did not reveal an official report like an autopsy. Her Mum seems to think it was a heart attack.
There appears to be two views as to what caused the heart attack. Stress is one. Blunt force trauma is the other. In the absence of an autopsy report ... well YMMV.
Heather Heyer’s cause of death was blunt force injury to the chest, according to the Central District Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Richmond.
Too bad none of the news reports state more than the coroner said: "blunt force trauma". But I'll accept the plausibility she was struck by the nazimobile/Dodge Challenger*

Looks like a browser hijack. I had one similar to that happen on my Windows 10 desktop, but as I recall it was fairly easy to get rid of. I believe I went to Bleeping Computer for removal advise.
The Win 10 Desktop is dedicated to nothing more important than games. The two Macs see hardly any use at all. I mainly use some flavor of Linux on a laptop (I also switch distros every three to five years or so) and of course I have at least three different browsers installed on every system. Firefox, Chrome/Chromium, Opera.

Yep I saw that when I was doing the search, but it was all reported by media. Like when they have an article about some study but there is no link to the study itself so you have to looking for the study in all the usual places like PLOS, JSTOR etc. etc.
So, any chance of actually seeing the medical report do you think?
So, any chance of actually seeing the medical report do you think?
I imagine if you know where to look it should be public knowledge? Presumably the blunt force trauma was to the chest, hence caused a heart attack so the reports of her dying by heart attack are also true. I've heard of a healthy person dying after a punch delivered to the heart area. It happens.
The medical examiner states that he didn't rule on the manner of death. I don't know whether that means he didn't identify the exact mechanism that caused the blunt force trauma, for example whether she was hit by the car. fell, or caught an elbow from one of the people trying to get out of the way. Or it could be that he didn't rule that the death was homicide or accident?

There's still no legal standing for assigning responsibility for Heyig's death on the organizer of a rally held hours before and blocks away, where a gaggle of pimply virgins stood around a statue of Robert E. Lee and sang Tomorrow Belongs To Me, before trying to peacefully disperse to their parked wannabe muscle cars while the cops herded them into a waiting throng of hundreds of masked, bloodthirsty anarchists armed with baseball bats, broom handles, patchouli-laced B.O., homemade flamethrowers, and I'm sure a bicycle lock or two.

Marc Randazza is a lawyer, not a First Amendment absolutist but pretty, pretty close. He’s represented fringe actors ranging from the political performance artist Vermin Supreme to the notorious Andrew Anglin, publisher of the neo-Nazi website Daily Stormer and others of that ilk. One of his newest clients and maybe his most high profile is conspiracy theorist and InfoWars host Alex Jones. Jones currently faces multiple lawsuits, including for defamation filed by family members of Sandy Hook shooting victims.
I've been following Randazza on Twitter for a while now. I don't always agree with him, but he seems to be a good guy, both as a lawyer you want on your side and somebody that is interesting and honorable. He really does love that First Amendment.

This only supports my view that Southern spends a significant portion of her time trolling the lib-left with ideas - in order to highlight their destructive bigotry. ‘It’s OK to be white’, “Allah is gay”, braids and the contrasting of polite engagement with the corresponding authoritarian and violent response (Lakemba, “racist dog” etc).

I agree with you. My point is that PZ should not agree with you. Randazza is a shitlord who defends Nazis and racist conspiracy theorists, according to the Horde.
The fact that he hasn't retained other counsel says a lot about him. Same for Zvan and the others.
My plan for TV show by Rebecca T Watson
1) Make it something about bigfoot or alcohol or surfing. Or all three LOL!!!!!!!!!
2) Film it in the Bay
3) Speedboats, tequila, sunshine
4) POC to be involved at all stages up to filming (please check if Red Indians are POC, I know a guy)
5) I will NOT work on this unless one third of all staff are women (please note, I have some wriggle room here, let me know what you would prefer, we could just have a female makeup artist or something. Trans* also fine, post-op only and not ones that still look like men, see D. Muscato LOL).
Budget
: Hot guys, maybe get some agency bookings? $2000
: Alcohol, enough for me and twelve close associates who will be working with me. No cheap shit, I need a clear head in the "mornings" LOL!!!!!! $8000
: Bartenders $1500 (I know some real cute mixologist guys who I can get for free, just, like, a blowjob every couple hours ($1500, or possibly just some dental dams in assorted flavors)

All of the Muslim women shook my hand at the end of a course I ran recently, and one gave me a hug. So far no claims for damages.

You should submit that to the Discovery Channel on her behalf, see how far it goes. Just get it out of my sight, before I rupture something.
No. Wait. Forget that, you might actually get her a job. :twatson:

Fucking amazing. I love the universe in general, and regret all the shit like this that is happening that I will never see (though this is almost certainly VERY small beer).
The human inhabitants of this planet? By and large, not so much...

Cool. It looks almost like an extreme mountain snowstorm happening on a rapidly spinning rock. Which I suppose it is.
If only we had the input from feminist glaciologists or transexual space cadets we would have a better, more inclusive image. :ugeek:

In the assumption that it's true and she didn't dream it during one of her booze & hash binges I would love to know who her 'friend' (probably ex friend by now) was.
