Not to mention the fact that those minority pilots, who succeeded the racist and exclusively white field of aviation, were just crashing up against white hetero cisgender males. Does Sticky think that Japanese people don't know how to land planes?

That's standard practice for all non-serious first time offences. Probation, community service and keep the peace. At least here in Canada.
There must be some kind of record -- else, how is it known that it's a first time offence?
